Tell me something funny about yourself?

 I once slipped on a piece of lettuce in a restaurant while being shown to my table. I steadied myself on the top of a chair that was tucked into a large round table set for 8 people. Unfortunately the top of the chair broke, I landed on the floor on my behind, caught the table cloth on my way down and took the 8 place settings with me. Now there’s a way to make an entrance!

I had travelled the world in the casino industry for 15 years and thought it was time to join the real world, grow up and start a family. Spain offers a wonderful lifestyle for young families and opportunities for those that are not afraid of hard work!

Ideal Country Property S.L. has been operating since March 2007 but I have been involved in Spanish property since I first came to Spain in 1999.

What services does your Company offer?

Based in Alhaurin el Grande, Ideal Country Property S.L. offers specialised local property knowledge that can not be found anywhere else. Every property we have on our books for sale or long term rental complies fully with the newly enforced real estate law (Decree 218). We have been inspected twice by the Junta de Andalucia to check that we are operating correctly and both times we have received commendations from them.

What makes your Company unique?

When we first opened there were over thirty real estate agents in Alhaurin el Grande, now we are the only fully registered expat agency remaining, so I guess that makes us unique. We always aim to provide our owners and clients with all the information they require to make an informed decision when selling or purchasing a property in inland Andalucia.

To continue to buck market trends by actually selling Spanish property and to expand the property rental and property management side of the business.
