Agreement in Andalucia to sell brand new properties 20% cheaper, financed 100% by the bank

 The Junta de Andalucía, the most important banks and some developers agreed a measure to speed up the sale of brand new properties that consist in reduce the price 20%, to finance the 100% of the property and teh Junta de Andalucia will lend money to the buyers during the firsts 8 years.

The properties has to be brand new and the price has to be maximum 245.000 euros without taxes, that means that the previous price of the properties was a little more than 300.000 euros. 

The conditions of the loan will be:

100% of the property price
30 years maximum
Euribor plus 1%
First 3 years paying only interests.

From the 4th year the Junta de Andalucia will give to the buyers a loan between 9.000 euros to 15.000 euros, the amount will depend on several circumstances like year, incomes, permanent residence…

From the 9th year the buyer will pay the mortgage plus the loan of the Junta de Andalucia.

The buyer has to purchase the property in 2010 and the completion in the Notary office could be until the 31st of March 2011.

The developers who want to join to this measure will obtain for their clients a reduction of the price of 20%, a mortgage of 100% of the price and fantastic finantial conditions for the firsts 8 years.
